With a clean record, flawless body and extensive paperwork behind it, it's a museum display ready example of an infamous American Classic! This Corvair was diligently taken care of in climate controlled garages for it's entire life. The original owner has kept a small booklet detailing how many miles he added and how many gallons of gas he used for every one of his trips. All paperwork from the dealership is still with the vehicle. They include the Owners manual, Chevrolet Owner Protection Plan booklet, the 1963 model year showcase of all the vehicle at sale in 1963, the operation and care of the folding top manual, and stickers! The Chevrolet Corvair still has it's 4-wheel independent suspension and it's trans-axle in the rear. With it's light body, rear mounted engine and of course the aforementioned 4-wheel independent suspension makes it an absolute blast to drive! Put down it's pristine condition white top and let the air rush by you while you tear up the road and show everyone that American cars can do so much more than just race in a straight line. Its flat-six boxer piston engine is an absolute gem! A complete rarity and almost an completely nonsensical choice for GM at the time! Of course, you can't mention the Chevrolet Corvair without mentioning Ralph Nader and his book Unsafe at Any Speed.
